Types software customizations
According to customer requirements the types of customizations can be:
Implementative
For implementative personalization it includes the creation of new procedures for the management of particular processes or to be able in particular to manage certain business situations. This means no change, in general, one that already exists, but to add new procedures, then maximize the software to ensure that it manages the new business challenges without losing the use of existing procedures.
Corrective
For corrective customization means an amendment of an already made steps to make ad-hoc for the user. For example change some existing forms to make them more simple and effective use for the customer. Example: Changing a specific calculation, or the change of a print printout.
Evolutionary
For evolutionary customization means the creation of new procedures that bind to the old existing that are modified to interact seamlessly with the new masks and create procedure. It also means that evolutionary maintenance to the software to adapt to changes in the macro-environment (changes in the legislation are the most frequent examples).
